Real Estate Designer 2.0 - new High Prompt Fidelity mode and advanced presets
At deep-image.ai, we are constantly working to make real estate photo editing easier and more powerful. Today we are rolling out a major update to our Real Estate Designer tool.
What's new?
The biggest change is the new Model type: High Prompt Fidelity. This new mode makes your prompts much more accurate, so the AI can follow your instructions in detail. It’s perfect for anyone using the tool for AI interior redesign, virtual staging or advanced real estate photo editing.
On top of that, we added a bunch of new presets that let you do very specific transformations in just one click. Here are some of them:
- Remove all furniture from a room and get a clean, empty space
- Replace furniture with brand new modern items while keeping the same room layout
- Change the time of day of your real estate photos (bright morning, golden hour, evening lights)
- Remove clutter and trash from photos
...and more are coming soon. We will be adding new presets regularly to make real estate photo editing even easier and faster.

Just log into deep-image.ai, go to Real Estate Designer, and select the new Model type - High Prompt Fidelity. Choose one of the new presets or write your own prompt for total control.
The tool works with credits, so you can use it with a subscription or one-time credit packs. The new model uses a bit more computing power, but the results are worth it.
